Cottage is a two bedroomed holiday rental property situated in the
heart of Rothbury and is in a short row of similar cottages with
adjacent private parking.
The cottage is double glazed throughout with central heating. Off the
entrance lobby is a utility room with a washing machine/drier, plus WC.
Through the lobby is a dining area and small kitchen with storage
space, a dual fuel cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer plus ample
crockery and cutlery, etc.
To the left of the dining area is a comfortably furnished lounge with
TV, DVD player, mini Hi-Fi system, and a
good selection of DVDs, CDs and books.
Upstairs is the main bedroom with a king size bed and storage space.
The second bedroom has a 4 foot double bed plus storage space. There is
also a bathroom with shower, toilet and shaver point.
